Lucy Maguire leads a rehearsal of The Nucleo Project, a programme that uses music to enrich the lives of 140+ children in West London. Children receive free music tuition and instruments, and attend at least four days a week. The nucleo is a programme of social action through music inspired by the Venezuelan El Sistema.
